Clear handling for coach and athlete data.

Sausage Coach Athlete Manager stores the information needed to run a coaching workspace: coach account details, athlete profiles added by the coach, programs, training records, check-ins, notes, tasks, competitions, and commercial records when those features are used.

If a coach connects Google, the app may store connection tokens and file references so the workspace can keep creating and updating coaching materials connected to that account.

• To provide the workspace and keep each coach's data scoped to their own account.
• To create, update, and display coaching workflows such as programs, dashboards, calendars, alerts, and athlete records.
• To troubleshoot, secure, maintain, and improve the service.

Workspace data is intended for the coach account and authorized team members using the product. Sausage Coach Athlete Manager operators may access limited data only when needed to support, debug, secure, or maintain the service.

We do not sell coach or athlete data. We do not use athlete data for advertising profiles.

The app relies on infrastructure providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, and connected services. Those providers process data only as needed to operate the product.

When Google integrations are enabled, Google services are used to create or update the coach's Drive, Sheets, and Calendar resources according to the permissions granted by the coach.

We keep workspace data while the account is active and for a reasonable period afterward when needed for support, security, backups, or legal obligations.

A coach can request export or deletion of their workspace data through the designated support or commercial contact for the account. Coaches are responsible for handling athlete consent and deletion requests within their own coaching relationship.

This notice is written for coaches and coaching organizations using Sausage Coach Athlete Manager in real operating environments. If your organization requires a formal privacy review, data processing agreement, or custom contract language, that can be handled through your commercial contact.
